A large number of archival and printed sources, as well scientific literature analyzed by the author article, allows to reconstruct genealogy family networks one key figures noble self-government westernmost parts Russian Empire 1850-1860s – Marshal Nobility Bobruisk County, then Minsk Governorate Alexander Łappa. Due successful careers, marriages land deals, Belarusian-Lithuanian minor landed Łappa, represented a retired officer troops Dominik Łappa his son Alexander, were among most progressive respected Belarusian landowners in first half 19th century. This opened way for them highest elective offices local apparatus self-government.
